Beautiful post today! Encouragement is very important. It can make someone successful of the lack of it can do much damage! I hope that I have been encouraging to someone who needed it!
When I was a child I received a lot of correction, but seldom words of encouragement, lest I get a swelled head you know, LOL! I MUCH prefer Johann's version - which he got from Hebrews!! Spoke on that last night in my devotional for our Auxiliary!

Encouragement is so important.... I try to do that daily to the ones I love -especially to those who need encouragement.
