Ooooo, this is so lovely! Some of our dear dementia residents seemed to have lost their song, until I sang 'Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so.' We sang it several weeks in a row and the residents started sharing how they remembered singing that in Sunday School and how they taught it to their children and then later the grands!! Thank God for putting a song in our hearts when we've lost ours!

I hope that there is ALWAYS a song in my heart to sing.... If there is no music, I will be dead!!!!! ha

Unfortunately there are days without a song.Next time that happens I must remember this quote,and verse.
