If loving fathers would discipline their children, in the right way, our nation would be a lot better off today. Most get no discipline at home and it's not allowed at school, so that contributes to the mess we are in. May God have mercy on our future generations!

Hi Valerie..... The Costea comment made me think of: "It's the thought that counts". It's not about specific gifts---it is about the thought which goes into the gift.

If we would discipline ourselves to be more thoughtful to others --and to do those random acts of kindness, the world would be a much better place.

Hugs,
Betsy

Amen Dorothy! Very true. I love the part of this verse that "we may share in His holiness". This does not come easily and is not cheap. It is through discipline and God's guidance. Beautiful picture and thought for today. Many blessings to you!
