Don't you love the Roosevelt quote? Been there, done that! Thankfully we know where to turn to for rest! Even while sitting on a snowy bench on a deserted road. Peaceful picture!
I love practical, simple advice. Here's one that I'm reminded of when I read the FDR quote. My new X-country skiing mentor told me "Never be too proud to take off your skis and walk up the hill." I had to apply his advice a day after he gave it to me. :)

The best place to be is resting in my Savior's Presence! Thanks!
I love Roosevelt's words.... We do come to the end of our ropes sometimes. AND--we need to hang on the best way we can. With God's help, we can do it.
Hope you have a great weekend and week ahead. We are headed to Arkansas tomorrow.
Hugs,
Betsy
Beautiful shots and meaningful message.
