So true, and what a nice reflection picture!!!
Amazing reflection - totally amazing! One can almost feel the mist! Fitting verse!
I've said that I want my physical appearance to reflect the condition of my heart; I didn't realize there was a scripture that basically says the same thing.
Thanks for sharing this!
Thank you Valerie, for another source of encouragement!
Oh what a stunning picture!! I have been taking lots of pictures of bare trees, and now I want to throw them all away! None come close to this, and the beautiful misty reflection. And you found two similar quotes, one that is a counterpart to the bible quote!
Love the picture, and those thought provoking words. It really is important how I reflect Christ to the world.
Blessings,Ruth
Blessings Valerie... Such a beautiful reflection photo with an eerie sense to me... the mist or color... the still of winter. Bare trees with such a distinguished look and reflection! Not a ripple in the water...perfect stillness.
(unlike my face with wrinkles)
Then the scripture and quote...
ahhh (sigh)... perfect... in length and words with the Proverb's verse but I thought of 1 Cor. 13(too long):
12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
May our outer reflect a pure inner heart and soul seeking God first in 2011! May the outer conditions of our lives reflect an inner belief built on a firm foundation in Jesus and His Word!
Peace and joy as I reflect today...
Peggy
Love that proverb, Valerie... Perfect with that picture.
